Where can I access tax forms online?
If you are enrolled in eStatements, you can access your tax forms through Online or Mobile Banking under Statements and Notices. 1099-INT forms for dividends will only be generated if your accounts earned a total of $10 or more during the previous calendar year.

Are there fees associated with accessing or requesting tax documents?
There are no fees associated with accessing your tax documents. You can access your documents in Online and Mobile Banking at any time if you are enrolled in eStatements. All tax documents will be mailed to you if you are not enrolled in eStatements.
How do I update my contact information to make sure I receive my tax documents?
Follow these steps to update your address or contact information through Online Banking if you have a joint owner on your account:
- Log in to Online Banking
- In the Menu, select Services.
- Select Update Contact Information
- In the new screen, select Manage Addresses and Contacts, which will display the contact information associated with your account.
- Choose the entry you want to update by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner.
- Update your contact information as needed and select Next.
- On the next screen, double-check your contact information to ensure everything is correct. If you have multiple signers on your account, indicate which account owner this information applies to. Then, click Submit.
For members with only a single user on their account, follow these steps to update your contact information:
- Log in to Online Banking
- In the Menu, select Services.
- Select Update Contact Information
- Choose the entry you want to update by clicking the blue Edit button.Update your contact information as needed.
- Double-check your contact information to ensure everything is correct. Then, click Submit.
