The property is an existing single family home valued at $300,000 and will be used as a primary residence with no down payment. VA loans require a VA funding fee that can be financed. The maximum VA loan varies based on the amount of the veteran’s entitlement. The payments provided reflect the funding fee being financed for a fixed rate VA mortgage with an adjusted loan amount of $306,450.00. An escrow (impound) account will be established.
