Rates are based on creditworthiness, loan-to-value (LTV), occupancy, and loan purpose, so your rate and terms may differ. All loans subject to credit approval. Rates are subject to change without notice.
 

Purchase loan scenario.  Refinance rates may be higher.  The information provided assumes the purpose of the loan is to purchase a property located in Idaho, and is within Nez Perce County. The property is an existing single family home valued at $300,000 and will be used as a primary residence with no down payment. VA loans require a VA funding fee that can be financed.  The maximum VA loan varies based on the amount of the veteran’s entitlement.  The payments provided reflect the funding fee being financed for a fixed rate VA mortgage with an adjusted loan amount of $306,450.00.  An escrow (impound) account will be established. The rate lock period is 45 days and the assumed credit score is 780 or greater.

Payment example for a VA fixed rate loan for $306,450 for 30 years at 5.750% interest rates and 5.907% APR will have an estimated 360 monthly payments of $1788.36.
