- Download P1FCU Digital Banking on the App Store or Google Play Store
- Open the app, select Register a New Account
- View and agree to the disclosure to continue
- Enter your member information. Make sure the information you enter matches your account information.
- Once enrollment is successful, choose how you would like to receive your secure access code. Then, enter it in Digital Banking.
- Next, you'll be asked to create and confirm your password.
- Your password must be at least 9 characters long and contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one special character, and one number.
- Review terms and conditions and choose if you want to register your device. We recommend only registering private devices like your personal cell phone.
Through your Digital Banking, you can view all your accounts with us, including Checking, Savings, Money Market, Certificates, Loans, and Mortgages.
Digital Banking is a free service we provide to all of our members so that they can access their account information anytime, anywhere.

- Download P1FCU Digital Banking on the App Store or Google Play Store
- Open the app, select Register a New Account
- View and agree to the disclosure to continue
- Enter your member information. Make sure the information you enter matches your account information.
- Once enrollment is successful, choose how you would like to receive your secure access code. Then, enter it in Digital Banking.
- Next, you'll be asked to create and confirm your password.

Your security is our number one priority. After five invalid login attempts, you will be locked out of Digital Banking.
Please contact us if you are locked out and need to unlock your account.
Follow these steps to update your Secure Access Code (SAC) targets in Digital Banking:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select More
- Select Settings
- Select Contact
- Ensure your contact information is up to date.
- If a change is needed, click the arrow next to your contact method.
- Follow the subsequent prompts to confirm SAC Contact Information.
You're all set! You can repeat these steps to update your settings at any time. If you are prompted to get a Secure Access Code but are unable to do so because the delivery methods are no longer available, contact us for assistance.
Click on your profile photo.
Select Log Out option.
You can log into Digital Banking by clicking the Login button at the top right of your screen anywhere on the P1FCU website. You can also log in using our Digital Banking app. Once you've reached the Login screen, follow these steps:
- Enter your Login ID and Password.
- Click Log In
- If this is the first time you've logged in on this device, you will be presented with options for where to deliver your Secure Access Code. Select the option that works best for you.
- Once you've received your one-time use Secure Access Code, enter the code you received.
- You will be prompted to Register Device or Do Not Register Device. If you choose to register your device, you will not be asked for a Secure Access Codes in the future. Review terms and conditions and choose if you want to register your device. We recommend only registering private devices like your personal cell phone.
If you've forgotten your Digital Banking password, follow the steps below to reset it:
- Visit Digital Banking
- Select Forgot Username or Password?
- Verify that you're the owner of this account or are authorized to access the account.
- Select Reset my password or Reset my business sub-user password
- Verify Your Identity
- Select Continue
- Choose how you would like to receive your Secure Access Code
- Upon receipt, enter your access code
- You will be prompted to select a new password
- Select Continue to confirm your password change
If you're still having trouble logging in, your account may have been locked after too many failed login attempts. Contact us, and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you with unlocking your account.
Follow these instructions to reset your password through Digital Banking:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select More
- Select Settings
- Select Security
- Select your Password and Edit
- Enter your current password
- Then, enter your desired password
- Click Save to complete

- Log in into Digital Banking
- Select Transfers
- Select Add Account
- Select Add an External Account or Manually Add an External Account.
- Depending on your selection, you will be prompted to log in to your other financial institution or enter your other account information.
- Depending on your selection, micro-deposits will be made into the external account within a few business days

Before you start, make sure you have the other Member's Account Number, Share/Loan ID, and their Last Name. They can find these by clicking on the details tab of their account in Digital Banking.
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select Transfers
- Select Add Account
- Select Link to another P1FCU Member's account to send them money.
- Enter the recipient information and account details and select Save.
- Once the account's information is verified, click Done
- To Make the transfer, select your From Account.
- Select your payment amount
- Select when you want this transfer to process.
- Select Review Transfer
- Once you're sure the transfer is correct, click Submit Transfer
Once linked, the other member's account will now appear in the Make a Transfer section under the Transfer tab.
Follow the steps below to place a stop payment through Digital Banking:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select More
- Select Services
- Select Check Services
- Click Stop Payment
- Select Cancel Checks or Order Checks
- Fill in the details of the check you'd like to cancel
- Click Submit Request
If you need a stop payment on an ACH transaction contact us as soon as possible.
To set up a recurring Digital Banking transfer:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select Transfers
- Select your From Account and To Account
- Select your Amount
- Select the frequency of the payment and the date.
- Determine if you'd like the series to end.
- Make sure everything looks right and click Review Transfer
- Double check the transfer information and select Submit Transfer
Please note: if you are setting up a monthly payment, and the date of your desired transfer for the month has already passed, your transfer will not start until the following month.
To cancel a recurring transfer series in Digital Banking, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select Transfers
- Select your Scheduled Transfers and find the Transfer you'd like to cancel.
- There you can Edit Transfer or Cancel Transfer
- If you're canceling, determine the reason you're canceling the transfer and select Cancel Series.
To edit a recurring transfer series in Digital Banking, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select Transfers
- Select your Scheduled Transfers and find the Transfer you'd like to cancel.
- There you can Edit Transfer or Cancel Transfer
- If you're editing the transfer, make the changes you need to make and click Save.
If your account has External Transfers enabled, you can link your account at another financial institution by following these steps:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select Transfers
- Select Add Account
- Select Add an External Account or Manually Add an External Account.
- Depending on your selection, you will be prompted to log in to your other financial institution or enter your other account information.
- Depending on your selection, micro-deposits will be made into the external account within a few business days
- Once your account is verified. Simply make a transfer, ensuring that the external account you want to transfer from is selected in the From Account.

- Select Make a Transfer
- Select your From Account and To Account
- Click Payment Type
- Select Principal Only
- Determine the Amount
- Select the frequency of the payment and the date.
- Make sure everything looks right and click Review Transfer
- Double check the transfer information and select Submit Transfer

- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select the account for which you would like to export the history
- In the transaction history screen, click on the Download Transactions.
- Transactions can be downloaded in the following formats:
- Microsoft OFX (ofx)
- Quicken (qfx)
- Quickbooks (qbo)
Yes! You can view, save, or print your statements with eStatements through Digital Banking or the App:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select More
- Select Services
- Select eStatements
- Select the Statement you would like to print
- Select the Share button in the top right hand corner.
- You will be given options about what to do with your statement.
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select More
- Select Settings
- Select Accounts
- Select the account you'd like to hide.
- Turn on Hide This Account
Follow these instructions to reset your password through Digital Banking:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select More
- Select Settings
- Select Security
- Select your Username and Edit
- Then, enter your desired Username
- Click Save to complete
Transactions such as transfers, stop payments, business payrolls, ACHs, and more made using Digital Banking will be recorded in your account.
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select the account for which you would like to confirm transactions on.
If you have a recurring online transfer, the individual transfers will show there as well. To view a recurring transfer series, click on Recurring Transfers at the top of the Activity Center screen then choose the recurring transfer transaction to view the series rules.
Follow the steps below to open an additional account or apply for a loan through Digital Banking:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select More, select Open & Apply
- Select New Accounts & Loans
- Select Account
- Select Deposit Accounts
- Select the New Share Type you would like to open.
- Depending on if you have a joint owner, you'll need to select which member number you want to open the account under.
- Once you select the desired product, select your funding source and opening deposit amount.
- Select Continue
- Review Terms and Conditions and select Accept
- Log out and back in to view your new account.
Follow the steps below to open an additional account or apply for a loan through Digital Banking:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select More, select Open & Apply
- Select the New Loan Type you would like to open.
- Depending on if you have a joint owner, you'll need to select which member number you want to open the account under.
- Once you select the desired loan, you'll need to select Launch SSO.
- You're leaving Digital Banking to complete a loan application that will have many fields prefilled.
- Continue to fill out your application.
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select More
- Click on Services on the left menu bar.
- Click on Check Services.
- Select Order Checks
- In the new screen, make your selection and proceed to checkout.
Yes, you can rename your accounts. To do that:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select More
- Click on Settings
- Click on Accounts
- Select the account you’d like to rename.
- Click on the Pencil Icon
- Enter the desired name into the field
- Click outside of the textbox and your new account name will save
You may link a third-party account such as a Checking, Savings, or Credit Card account for viewing-only in Digital Banking. However, this does not grant account servicing rights, so you won't be able to actually pay or transfer to that account.
To link a third-party account for viewing:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Click on the Link and View External Accounts button at the bottom of your list of accounts.
- Find your financial institution from the list that shows up in the new menu, you may need to use the search feature.
- Enter your login credentials from that financial institution.
- Select Sign On
- Select which accounts you would like to make visible. Please note all accounts available through this login will show up.
- Click Continue
Yes, you can rename your accounts. To do that:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select More
- Click on Settings
- Click on Account
- In the new screen, select the account you’d like to rename.
- Click on the Pencil Icon
- Enter the desired name into the field
- Select Save to confirm the changes
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Select Services
- Click on Settings
- Click on Accounts
- Click on the Trash Can on the account you’d like to unlink.
- Confirm to remove the linked account
If your account has External Transfers enabled, you can link your account at another financial institution by following these steps:

- Select Transfers
- Select Add Account
- Select Add an External Account or Manually Add an External Account.
