Kyle Gundert is the owner of the Washington Paint Company in Walla Walla, Washington. After operating his painting business in Hawaii for three years, Kyle and his family moved to Washington in 2022, where he continued growing his business. Today, Washington Paint Company offers interior and exterior painting services for residential and commercial projects, with a focus on serving customers well.
Before becoming a business owner, Kyle supported his family by working in different restaurants in Hawaii. Looking back, he takes pride in the personal growth that has come with building and operating his own business. But the journey hasn't always been easy.
While navigating the challenges of restarting his business in Washington, Kyle met Frank, the manager at P1FCU's Walla Walla branch. After striking up a conversation, Frank helped Kyle open a business account and access the financial resources he needed. Since then, Kyle has continued to grow his business and has hired three employees to work alongside him.
