Calling in?

  • Our new Digital Assistant has a different cadence than Scout. It will allow you to select 1 if you know the extension you want to dial, or 2 for account assistance or other inquiries.

What happened to Scout?

Since we've launched Scout, we've gathered feedback from members and worked diligently to improve that experience. As the time came to evaluate moving forward into 2026 with Scout, we decided to go in a different direction. Our hope is that our members will be better served by our new Digital Assistant. Thank you to our members for your feedback throughout the years regarding Scout and we ask that you will continue evaluating our Digital Assistant.
