We’re Updating Login ID Requirements to Protect Your Information

To ensure a smooth transition to our new Digital Banking platform, all Login ID (Usernames) must conform to the below requirements.

  • A minimum of 8 characters
  • A maximum of 40 characters
  • At least one letter
  • Login ID must be 8–40 characters, must contain at least one letter, and may not contain slashes, backslashes, spaces, or these special characters: &<>

Why This Matters

Ensuring your account can be uploaded into our new platform will allow us to preload  your preferences, bill pay and other important account information. If your Login ID doesn't not meet the requirements, it could potentially cause you to have to restart your Digital Banking and opt in again.
 

 

What You Need to Do

  • Login to Digital Banking
  • Select Settings and then Security Preferences
  • Choose Change Login ID
  • Enter your New Login ID and then Save
  • The next time you login, you will be asked to enter your new Login ID and Password, even if you login with biometrics on a mobile device.

Tips for a Strong Username

  • Mix letters and numbers (e.g. Sunshine84 or SkyWalker23!)
  • Avoid using personal info like your birth date or name
  • Avoid using your Social Security Number or Member Number
  • Create something memorable, but not too obvious
