What You Need to Know Right Now

To boost the security of your account, we've made a small, but important change to our login requirements. All Login IDs must now include:
  • A minimum of 8 characters
  • A maximum of 40 characters
  • At least one letter
  • Cannot contain slashes, backslashes, spaces, or these special characters: &<>


Why This Matters

Usernames with stronger combinations are much harder for fraudsters to guess. This helps keep your money and your banking safer.
