March 9
Enrollment in current Digital Banking will be temporarily disabled, and the current mobile apps will be removed from app stores.
March 11
Most Digital Banking features will be temporarily unavailable as we prepare for the system upgrade.
March 16
Digital Banking will move to view-only access in the afternoon.
March 17
Our new Digital Banking launches Tuesday morning. Current members will be able to enroll and begin using the new platform.

What Will Still Work During the Upgrade
During the upgrade period, the following services will continue to work normally:
- Debit card purchases
- ATM withdrawals
- Direct deposits
- Previously scheduled bill payments and transfers
What You Need to Do
When Digital Banking launches on March 17, you will:
- Download the new P1FCU Digital Banking app on Android or run an update on iOS
- Enroll in the new P1FCU Digital Banking using your current digital banking username and password. You will also need to verify your account using your member number or the email address or phone number associated with your account.

What You Need to Know (FAQs)
Yes. Debit card purchases, ATM withdrawals, and direct deposits will continue to work normally during the upgrade.
Will my bill pay transfers still work?
Yes. Previously scheduled transfers and payments will still process.
Will my username and password stay the same?
Members will complete a new enrollment in the updated Digital Banking platform. You will also need to make sure that your username and password conform to security requirements.
Will my transaction history transfer?
Yes, your account history will be available after the upgrade.
