What to Expect During the Upgrade

Our new Digital Banking platform will go live on March 17. Your accounts, balances, and transaction history will all carry over to the new system. As we transition to the new system, some digital banking services will be temporarily unavailable. 
 
We’ll continue sharing reminders and updates as we get closer to launch to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

What to Expect During the Upgrade

This is a timeline of key dates. During any time in the upgrade process you need assistance, please visit your nearest branch or contact us through a secure channel.
 

March 9
Enrollment in current Digital Banking will be temporarily disabled, and the current mobile apps will be removed from app stores.

March 11
Most Digital Banking features will be temporarily unavailable as we prepare for the system upgrade. 

March 16
Digital Banking will move to view-only access in the afternoon.

March 17
Our new Digital Banking launches Tuesday morning. Current members will be able to enroll and begin using the new platform.

What Will Still Work During the Upgrade

During the upgrade period, the following services will continue to work normally:

  • Debit card purchases
  • ATM withdrawals
  • Direct deposits
  • Previously scheduled bill payments and transfers

What You Need to Do

When Digital Banking launches on March 17, you will:

  • Download the new P1FCU Digital Banking app on Android or run an update on iOS
  • Enroll in the new P1FCU Digital Banking using your current digital banking username and password. You will also need to verify your account using your member number or the email address or phone number associated with your account.
  • Enjoy the improved P1FCU Digital Banking experience
  • Have questions about the new Digital Banking? We’ll have helpful video tutorials available to guide you through common tasks.

What You Need to Know (FAQs)

Will my debit card still work during the upgrade?
Yes. Debit card purchases, ATM withdrawals, and direct deposits will continue to work normally during the upgrade.
 

Will my bill pay transfers still work?
Yes. Previously scheduled transfers and payments will still process.

Will my username and password stay the same?
Members will complete a new enrollment in the updated Digital Banking platform. You will also need to make sure that your username and password conform to security requirements.

Will my transaction history transfer?
Yes, your account history will be available after the upgrade.

No more waiting for micro‑deposits. You can now verify your external accounts instantly.
 
Manage Certificates
