What you need to set up an account.

Below is a list of documentation that will be required to establish your membership. Valid identification is required for all account types. Other documentation may be required depending on the application.

  • SSN or copy of IRS issued EIN
  • Sole Proprietorship State Filing

  • Before account opening, the pertinent fillable fields in the following form must be completed: Certification Regarding Beneficial Owners of Legal Entity Members
  • Copy of IRS issued EIN
  • LLC State Filing
  • Operating Agreement
  • Signed Meeting Minutes designating signers and if Members/Managers differ from Operating Agreement and/or if adding additional signers
