84th Annual Business Meeting

We are preparing for the 2022 Annual Business Meeting, held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, January 27, 2022. The meeting will be presented in a virtual format along with a planned in-person meeting at the P1FCU Administration Center located at 1025 Warner Avenue in Lewiston, Idaho, based on current Idaho Rebounds COVID-19 protocols that may be subject to change.
To virtually attend the 2022 Annual Business Meeting, log in with your P1FCU Member Number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number before the meeting begins at 6:00 PM on Thursday, January 27, 2022. You can also download the 2022 Annual Meeting Program now.
Cast Your Ballot Starting January 10
Vote for the four open board seats online from January 10 - 27, in-branch from January 10 - 24, or request a mail ballot that must be returned by January 27. Voting is allowed at the Annual Business Meeting for members who have not voted. Primary members who are 18 years and older are eligible to vote and hold an elected office.
The Board Nominating Committee of P1FCU has nominated the following members, and we will be electing 3 candidates for 3-year terms and 1 candidate for a 1-year term. The top three candidates who receive the most votes will serve the 3-year terms, and the candidate who finishes in fourth will serve the 1-year term.
Kathy resides in the Vale, Oregon area and works in the family business as a bookkeeper, applicator, and the many other aspects of running an 80-acre farm. Kathy’s past experience includes 15 years of banking experience as a proof machine operator, teller, and other different capacities at the bank. She opened accounts, assisted with commercial loans, and assisted patrons with Individual Retirement Accounts, Certificates of Deposits and Vault Tellering.
Jerry resides in Walla Walla, Washington and is a retired business educator with administrative and vocational business education classroom experience. Jerry retired from the U.S. Navy with combined Active Duty and Active Reserve Service. Jerry has a history of public service and community involvement serving 28 consecutive years on the City Council including 4 terms as mayor. Jerry has master’s degrees in both Business and Marketing Education and is a Hot Air Balloon Pilot.
Tod resides in Lewiston and is an alumnus of the University of Idaho with degrees in Production Operations Management and Human Resource Management. Tod spent three years with Hewlett Packard in Boise before returning to Lewiston and is the owner of the family business, Bob’s Garage Doors. Tod is an active supporter of the Boys and Girls Club, Community on Call, Jackson’s Pay It Forward Foundation and many local youth sporting events.
Gordon (retired) resides in Rathdrum, Idaho. Before retirement, Gordon had a successful business career with 27 years in advertising (sales and management). Prior to this, he gained experience in insurance and business equipment sales. He put a heavy emphasis on sales training and coaching throughout his career to create customer centric relationships. Gordon is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys bicycling, hiking, kayaking, and motorcycling.
Doug resides in Lewiston and is an attorney and partner in the Lewiston law firm of Blewett Mushlitz Hally, LLP, Idaho Construction Law Attorneys. Doug has practiced law for the past 36 years. Doug received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1985. He has served for 15 years on the P1FCU Board of Directors and has held the Board Secretary position and currently serves as the Board Chair.
