Your New Member Number will be 8 digits.
Your current MGCU member number will be preceeded by a 1 and zeros for a total of 8 digits. For example a 3 digit MGCU member number of 123 would become a P1FCU member number of 10000123.

Frequently Asks Questions
 

How is my direct deposit going to work, do I have to contact Social Security, employer, etc. myself?
Your direct deposit will continue to go into your account as it always has.  Nothing is required from you.

What is going to happen with my debit card, will I get a new one? 
Yes, you will receive a new debit card in the mail prior to the August 2nd merger date.  You can call in and activate the new card in advance, but it will not start working until August 2nd.

 What is going to happen with my credit card?
Your credit card will continue to work as it always has.  Continue to make payments online or with the staff at the Nampa branch.

Will I have the same account number?
Your current MGCU member number will be preceded by a 1 and zeros for a total of 8 digits.  For example: a 3-digit MGCU member number of 123 would become a P1FCU member number of 10000123.

Are the current employees going to stay?
Yes, you will still be able to work with the same great team you always have.  They will just be the Nampa branch of P1FCU.  

Is the location going to stay the same?
Yes, the building at 421 11th Ave S., Nampa, ID 83651 will be the Nampa branch of P1FCU.

What will happen to my checks?
Your current checks will continue to clear through your account.  When you go to order new checks, we will get you checks that have the updated routing and transit number as well as an updated MICR number.  Until then, you can continue to use your Mountain Gem Credit Union checks.  If you would like to get updated checks, please contact us and we can get some headed your way.

What will happen to my CU Money/Everyday Spend card?
This will continue to work as it does today.

What will happen with my gift card? Will it still work?
This will continue to work as it does today.

Where will I mail my loan payments?
You can continue to mail your loan payment to:

Will I still be able to make my loan payment online or by calling in with my debit or credit card?
Yes, after August 2nd, you will have options both online and over the phone to make your loan payment.

When can I enroll in online/mobile banking?
You will be able to enroll for online/mobile banking beginning on August 2, 2021.

What are the branch hours going to be?
Same as today: M-Th 9-5:30 and Friday 9-6:00.
