Annual Business Meeting

Join us for the Annual Business Meeting of P1FCU as we reflect on the past year and look forward to the coming year's excitement.

When: Thursday, January 28, 2021, 6 PM
Where: The 2021 Annual Business Meeting will be held virtually.

Cast your ballot for up to three open board seats online from January 7th - 28th,  in branch from January 7th - 23rd, or request a mail ballot by calling the toll-free number, 885-541-1452. The mail ballot must be mailed back and received by January 28. 

Each member of the credit union has equal voting rights in determining the board of directors.  Exercise your ownership rights and VOTE!

The Board Nominating Committee of P1FCU has nominated the following members, and we will be electing three candidates for 3-year terms. 

Michelle Bly -  Michelle is a Professional Community and Economic Developer, a Certified Planner, a Principal at TD&H Engineering, and Regional Manager for the Lewiston office. Michelle’s experience includes 26 years of experience in the engineering industry that comprises primarily of community and economic development. Michelle is detailed, organized, understands board protocol, and thoroughly thinks through issues. Michelle has served on several boards and understands the time and place for diplomacy.

Randy Buttenhoff - Randy was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2014. Randy is a Certified Credit Union Board Member and serves as the Chair of the Asset and Liability Management Committee. After studying Electronics Engineering, he owned and operated a computer company for 8 years on the Prairie in the 1990s. He married Nancy Seamans in 1994 and currently has two children at LCSC, where he also serves on the IT Advisory Committee. For the past 15 of his 22 years of employment, he has served as IT Director for Nez Perce County. Appointed in 2014, he is the Chair of the Finance Committee for the Lewiston Clarkston Orofino USBC Association of Idaho and since 2013, Head Coach of the LHS Bowling team who won multiple state championships.

Tara Leer –  Tara was elected to the Board of Directors in 2011 and serves as Board Vice-Chair. Tara additionally serves as our Chair of the Board Development Committee. She has earned the Certified Credit Union Board Member Designation from CUNA (Credit Union National Association) and is an active advocate. Tara serves at the national level on CUNA’s Volunteer Leadership Committee as well as their Director Advisory Board. She has also been a panelist at the CUNA National Roundtable for Board Leadership, has contributed to a piece featured in Credit Union Magazine, and has been a guest on The CUNA News Podcast. She looks forward to the opportunity to continue to support both P1FCU and the credit union movement.

Tom Pfliger – Tom has served on the Board of Directors since 2003, serving on various Board Committees and has been Chairman, Vice-Chair and Treasurer. Tom believes in the strength of Credit Union Membership and has seen the growth of P1FCU throughout the years.  Tom is also supportive of the community involvement  P1FCU has and continues to demonstrate. Tom is semi-retired and has over 35 years in the healthcare field with 22 years at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, and the last 9 years as an Administrator in Assisted Living. Tom looks forward to helping meet the needs of all the members of P1FCU.
