PAPERLESS STATEMENTS

If you would like to receive your monthly statements through Home Branch rather than them being mailed to you each month please fill in your member number and name below, print it off and mail it or fax it to us with your signature. To re-continue receiving your monthly statements through the mail just simply give us a call.

I elect to view my account information online and request the Credit Union discontinue sending me statements for the member number indicated above. I understand the Credit Union will hold delivery of my account statements in paper form but will send me a paper account statement, at any time, upon request. For now, I accept the Home Branch account information/history for my deposit and loan accounts as my account statements.
